If you experience difficulties logging into the Merchant Menu

Did you receive "Invalid username and/or password"?
  1. Your password is incorrect. Reset your password.
Did you receive a different error message?
  1. Make sure SSLv3 and 128bit encryption is supported by your browser
  2. Do not copy and paste the password with extra white or empty spaces at the end or just try to enter it manually with your keyboard
  3. Upgrade to the latest version of your web browser or try a different web browser
